Urban tracking

Deb, Shar and I went to Olds for a tracking seminar put on by Donna Brinkworth of Spiritdance.

We had a great time and all three new dogs took to the methods easily. Our two older dogs did well, too, and although footstep tracking is not a method I personally will use for field tracking, it does help tremendously to keep the dog's nose low, and the dog concentrated on the task at hand. I was pretty stoked when I came home and it's always super to work with someone as energetic and enthusiastic as Donna. So, if you ever get a chance to do a seminar with Donna, just do it.
